@Airlia- The prints should not have been tossed loosely in the box, but wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged. If this was not the case, please let us know. As outlined above, each order is shipped in one box.

I just received my first order with the new boutique packaging and I’m very disappointed. I expected to receive one box for the 4×6′s, one box for the 5×7′s and one box for the 8×10. Everything was tossed in a 8×10 box. Not only is the cost very steep for only one box, but it doesn’t look professional with all the different sized prints tossed and loose in one box.

How is this boutique packaging different than the kind sold through the regular Mpix website? Just noticed that their boutique packaging is only $5, so wondering what justifies the extra expense for those of us who are trying to make money.

There is not. The paper is folded to stay closed.

With our shipping cost very low, or even free, it would not be too costly to place different orders for each of your customers if you absolutely needed a box for each order.
