I love MpixPro for the quality and how fast. But the shipping is too much. Especially when you cant combine prints and albums together. Its just too much when there are alternitive companies (WHCC) that will charge 10% shipping on your total order. Its totally worth it for smaller orders.

Its been a bit over 2 years since you introduced shipping to Canada and I see that you replied 2 years ago saying that you were "working on it." I do not see any progress yet.

How can you expect customers to pay $30 to ship to Canada - most prints don't even cost that much!

MPix...you have a great quality, nice service. But terrible shipping costs across the board. And no international shipping?

Do yourselves a favor...be fair about costs & ship overseas. It will double your customer base, I have no doubt.

I wish you guys would just open a lab up here in Winnipeg! Your quality is top notch but the shipping and border hassles are absurd. Winnipeg would be a fantastic location for you as it is right in the middle of the continent and it would provide you with 100% coverage for the market.

Yikes. I just signed up for MPixPro b/c I was hoping to use it to upload images for clients to place orders. However, if they also have to pay $30 for shipping, I'm out :(
Sorry guys....just not worth $30 to ship unless it's a huge order. Even then, brokerage fees are ridiculous. Sometimes you end up paying more than the actual item is worth :(

I just received my Mpixpro color samples in the mail, and was overjoyed with the quality and packaging. I was in the process of placing my first order with mpixpro, when I started to read this page. $30 Canadian Shipping! I don't know how I missed that while placing my order. Luckily I had enough time to quickly cancel my order. I am really disappointed that the shipping cost is what holds me back from switching companies to mpix pro for all off my clients' orders. Mpix pro is defiantly number one in its category! I am sure that if they opened up a Canadian branch, Canadians would be lining up to place their orders! I hope that one day we can see this company expand to accommodate all of their clients!

I agree, too would like to see additional shipping options. I think UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Saver (like B&H Photo offiers) would be great alternatives as they are both cheaper than USPS and FedEx, and there are no additional fees (brokerage,,,) and orders can still be tracked and benefit from 1-2 day delivery as well.

I LOVE LOVE the products available and think you find MANY Cdn's would support an option that would avoid brokerage fees.

I know this is an older thread, but I thought I would chime in and see if there has been any movement on this. While a $30 shipping charge is okay if you are ordering $200 worth of products, it really does not work well for ordering a few 5x7s or 8x10s. USPS is by far the better option: I don't need 2 day shipping: I need cheaper shipping, even if it takes a week (or two).

Sooo, any news yet on the cheaper/slower shipping options to Canada? I'd love to be able to use Mpix exclusively, but the shipping is too much for smaller orders. When I don't need things in a hurry, I'd rather pay less and wait.

I hope you will find another shipping option for us!

I'd love to know too! You have no idea how much business I'd bring in to your lab exclusively if the shipping was cheaper!

I love Mpix! I do not love the cost of shipping and the duty charge though. If the cost of shipping is lower , I would certainly order more and more often!

Yes...are you getting back to us with regards to a more economical way of shipping?
