Customers from Canada can now enjoy FedEx 1-2 business day shipping for only $30.00 on any order. When checking out, just click the “Canadian Shipping” radio button in ROES and we will send your order via FedEx anywhere in Canada!

I love that you ship to Canada, but I really really wish more companies would ship via usps. Fedex makes us pay much more for customs and brokerage than the Post office does. UPS is actually worse, though more reliable than fedex. Honestly, fedex would have been my last choice if I had one.
I think this is great but the price is a but steep – would be nice to have second option with slower delivery but cheaper price.
Great news, but $30 is way too much overhead.
Why is the most expensive (1-2 day shipping) option the only one available? What about 7+ day shipping?
As a Canadian, I can’t afford to use Mpixpro and expect to be profitable. My margins are tight enough as it is… I’m already losing on the exchange rate, and paying Mpixpro a cut on all my orders.
Please give us a cheaper shipping option.

So excited to be able to get the products up here now too! But yes, the shipping is $$$!!! I just ordered an image box for $60 USD last week. Add on the $30 shipping, the $19 duty charges, the exchange, and suddenly this one little image box cost me nearly $130 CDN! I was amazed at the speedy turn-around, but unfortunately was out of the house when FedEx came by, they couldn’t just leave the item because I have to pay them the duties, so now I had to wait over the weekend before they would come back. I’m expecting them sometime today now, but it hurts that I paid that whopping $30 shipping for next day (since I had no choice) but still ended up waiting 4 days. Ouch!! Would definitely love, and be willing to wait for shipping on, a cheaper alternative.
I love your products. But like many others said it. Its way too much overhead with the shipping and canadian customs. USPS would be my best option. Please Mpix pro team listen to us and give us alternatives. Thank for the great product and service.

I agree. USPS would be my preference too. I don’t really need 1-2 shipping since I always order my products a month ahead, so I wouldn’t care if it takes 2 weeks for something to get here
$30 isn’t too bad if you are submitting a larger order, however, it is a lot if I wanted something small. 1-2 day turnaround is amazing, but when everything else (albums, prints) take a few weeks, there really is no need to have it so early. At least there is shipping to Canada now, which is a start. Thanks guys!
While the $30 shipping is great on larger orders, it really kills for smaller orders or if you are ordering prints, press and specialty products and have to pay that 3 times!
I would definitely love to see a cheaper option with a slower turnaround time.
Love the next day shipping & am even ok with the price (but would love a 2nd alternative with slightly longer shipping time) BUT when I get dinged and extra $15-$20 for duty and a FedEx “advancement fee” it is too much.
Also, why no free shipping to Canada for orders over $100? Surely there can be something worked out as we are spending the same amount of money?
No complaints about the service and the quality which is why I am looking for a better priced option so I can keep using you.
hmm, I placed a big order last week and after shipping AND exchange and duty it was still $25 cheaper than my local pro lab. I also got the order the day after I ordered it, the same order would have taken at minimum 3 days from my local lab, possibly even longer. If you send multiple orders at once you will save, not only on the actual cost but time as well.
Would be a good option as well to combine orders when shipped to Canada so only have to pay one shipping cost as apposed to 2 or 3 orders x $30 is a lot. I placed an order of with some prints and something else to see what the quality was like and cancelled it as it was going to cost $60 to ship… ouch. Great looking products online would love to touch some
Canada post would be a great slower cheaper option I will wait for my orders as well.

Canada is a country of 30+ million people with very few labs that offer the same products as your company, especially all in one place. Surely you would get a ton of new business if you were to lower your shipping price by using USPS. Offer the ability to choose from 2 or 3 different shipping methods for those who have rush orders and those that can wait.
At $30 I think you’re shooting yourself in the foot.
Not to sound like a broken record, but dealing with FedEx is the bane of my existence, especially when I’m at my studio in Ottawa. The FTA means that there are no duties on our print products going either direction across the border, couriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS charge a brokerage fee anyways, when if you sent it by USPS, we only have to pay the GST. Also, as a side note, ordering things via usps and fedex…I usually get them quicker from USPS. No printer in Canada has things like the metal prints, image boxes, or custom cd/dvd packaging. There is a huge market up here for you to service. I would suggest looking into a Canadian distribution location.
As was already mentioned, I love the level of service and product offerings from MPix but the use of FedEx exclusively really hurts. I would definitely like to see USPS as an option.
I too would like to see additional shipping options. I think UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Saver (like B&H Photo offiers) would be great alternatives as they are both cheaper than USPS and FedEx, and there are no additional fees (brokerage,,,) and orders can still be tracked and benefit from 1-2 day delivery as well. did you found other options for us. You were telling us that you would look into it and that’s back in November. How long does it takes to check out the other options?
Don’t tell us that your going to check it out if you don’t do it, that is not what I would call a good sale service. I’m just saying that I’m very surprise that you didn’t came back to us with some economic solutions after all this time. Please do this before I’m too old and loose all my hair.
I love Mpix! I do not love the cost of shipping and the duty charge though. If the cost of shipping is lower , I would certainly order more and more often!

Sooo, any news yet on the cheaper/slower shipping options to Canada? I’d love to be able to use Mpix exclusively, but the shipping is too much for smaller orders. When I don’t need things in a hurry, I’d rather pay less and wait.
