How does the free shipping get applied when you have to order through ROES with pro? Shipping is automatically applied in ROES.

    Thanks for your help!

    Alli

I’m trying to check out on ROES right now and it’s still charging me $5 s&H on my order of $20.00

  3. I placed an order tonight but was charged $5 for regular FedEx shipping, even though my order was over $15. Can I get refunded that $5? My MPixPro account is: callie.manion+photography@gmail.com and it’s the only order from today that you will see. Thank you!

  4. MpixPro says:

We apologize for the confusion, Kelly. The discount will not be reflected in the ROES order summary, but it will be reflected at invoicing.

  5. MpixPro says:

We apologize for the confusion, Callie. Although the free shipping discount does not show in the order summary, but we checked your order and the discount was applied properly. Please let us know if you have any questions.

  6. MpixPro says:

Hi Alli. As long as your order is at least $15, the discount will be automatically applied. Although the discount will not be reflected in the order summary, it will be reflected at invoicing.
